The company Quillatech, through its Chinese horoscope mobile application: Calchi, may collect data and personal information of the user through its login functionality and during the operation itself.
This personal information is processed in accordance with the data protection and processing policies in complilance with the provisions of articles 17 and 18 of Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and article 13 of Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013 of Colombian law and under the data processing law of the United States: Privacy Act of 1974. By registering in Calchi App, the user will be informed, through the app’s user profile, of all the data that is retrieved, which are: email, name, telephone number (optional), hobbies and interests related to the Calchi App. Also the user can create calendar events wich also will be retrived as a part of the app’s functionality. This data will be processed only for the purpose of registration and identification of the user inside our systems. This data will be stored in our central database that controls access to the application, which has the necessary security measures to guarantee that the only people who will know it are the user and the company Quillatech. Other data, such as calendar events or saved dates, may be used in statistical analysis, segmentation and anonymous promotion, i.e: without creating a classification by the name itself, but in a general way for the whole community, in activities related only to the Chinese horoscope and the functionalities of the Calchi app itself. The company Quillatech and/or the app may not transmit, sell, donate, or share this data without prior authorization from the user through the app, which will be recorded in the same database
By registering in the calchi app, the user authorizes the terms and this policy, and the processing of this data within the Quillatech company and the Calchi app.
The user, as the owner of the data, may, through functionalities offered in the app or in another digital medium, to: know and consult the information saved, rectify it, update it and partially delete it and/or request complete deletion of it if it deems it necessary

This application offers entertainment content based on the Chinese horoscope, including birth date predictions, Chinese horoscope elements, their characteristics and explanations, compatibility, and content related to dates for selected events. The horoscopes and predictions offered in the app are for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information. We are not responsible for decisions based on the content presented. The content presented is merely the author’s interpretation and not the sole truth; therefore, any conjecture and/or reasoning made by the user is understood to be their own decision and responsibility and exempts the author, Quillatech, and the Calchi app itself from any interference and/or liability in the interpretation made.
The Calchi app itself disclaims any liability or responsibility for the interpretation made.
We are committed to keeping the app updated with bug fixes, feature improvements, and additional content about Chinese horoscopes. These updates may be automatic and without prior notice and will be made according to the schedule set by the author.
All intellectual property rights related to the app, its content, calculations, design, logos, and published material belong to Quillatech or its licensors. All images of Chinese horoscope animals are the property of Tartila. The user has the right to use the app solely for personal purposes and in accordance with these terms. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering the content without authorization is prohibited.
All payments will be made through the methods enabled in the app and/or on the distribution platform. Refunds will only be granted in cases of a verified total technical error that disables the app and is never restored, or at the discretion of the Calchi app distribution platform.
The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which you can view above on this page.
The user may cancel their subscription at any time through the app settings. Use may be terminated if these terms are violated or if the app becomes unavailable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications will be posted in this same section and will take effect immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
